What We Do and What We Don’t Do

Samsung This page exists to align expectations before a TV is accepted for diagnosis or repair. Our Terms of Service define the legal and operational framework of how we work. This page explains the same principles in plain, practical language, so customers understand what we take responsibility for—and what falls outside reasonable repair control.

Reading this page together with our Terms of Service gives you a complete picture of how repairs are handled at Samsung TV Repair Nairobi.

What We Do

We Repair Samsung TVs Only

We provide diagnosis, repair, and maintenance exclusively for Samsung televisions. This includes LED, QLED, UHD, Smart TVs, and large-format panels. Our specialization aligns with our Terms of Service, which limit our scope to Samsung TVs only.

We Diagnose Before Issuing a Quotation

Every TV undergoes a structured diagnostic process before any repair quotation is given. Prices are not estimated blindly. Quotations are based on the fault identified at the time of diagnosis, as stated in our Terms of Service.

We Proceed Only With Customer Approval

No repair work begins without clear customer approval of:

  • The proposed repair.
  • The quoted cost.

Approval may be given verbally or electronically. Silence or lack of response is not considered consent.

We Repair Identified Faults, Not Assumptions

We repair the specific fault diagnosed and approved. If additional faults are discovered during repair, work pauses and the customer is informed before proceeding, in line with our Terms of Service.

We Use Tested and Compatible Parts

Replacement parts are selected based on compatibility and availability. Parts may be new or professionally refurbished. Cosmetic differences may occur where original parts are no longer available. All repaired TVs are tested before release.

We Respect Device Privacy

We do not access or use personal content stored on TVs. Interaction with apps or menus is limited strictly to what is required for testing hardware and software functionality.

We Serve Nairobi and Surrounding Areas

Our services are provided primarily to customers within Nairobi and nearby areas, through our Nairobi CBD workshop. All services are delivered as in-person repairs, not remote or mail-in services.

What We Don’t Do

We Don’t Guarantee Permanent Outcomes

Electronics repair involves inherent risks, including component aging, prior repairs, and hidden faults. As stated in our Terms of Service, no repair restores a TV to brand-new condition, and no outcome can be guaranteed beyond the specific repair performed.

We Don’t Repair Unrelated or Pre-Existing Faults

Our responsibility is limited to the fault reported, diagnosed, and approved. Failures caused by unrelated components, power instability after repair, or external factors are outside our liability.

We Don’t Replace Parts Without Justification

We do not recommend part replacement unless it is necessary for the approved repair. Unnecessary replacements increase cost and do not align with our repair standards.

We Don’t Perform Unsafe or Uneconomical Repairs

If a TV is unsafe to repair, beyond economical repair, or likely to fail again shortly due to underlying issues, we will decline the repair. This aligns with our right to refuse service under the Terms of Service.

We Don’t Handle External Power or Building Issues

At our shop we do not repair stabilizers, wall sockets, extension cables, or building wiring. We may advise when power instability is contributing to TV failure, but corrective action remains the customer’s responsibility.

We Don’t Store Devices Indefinitely

Once a repair is completed and the customer is notified, timely collection is expected. Our Terms of Service allow us to manage storage limitations responsibly to maintain workshop operations.

Final Note

If you value clarity, accountability, and professional boundaries, Samsung TV Repair Nairobi is designed for you.
If you are looking for shortcuts, guarantees that don’t exist, or repairs outside reasonable technical limits, we may not be the right fit—and that honesty protects everyone.
